Our Founder: Mhlaba Mihlali Mpumela
Raised with a deep respect for hard work and logistics, Mhlaba Mihlali Mpumela built Mpumela and Sons from the ground up with a clear mission: to offer professional, safety-focused heavy equipment solutions to industries that power South Africa’s development.
With firsthand experience in both operations and management, Mihlali brings leadership, transparency, and accountability to every project. His strong focus on fleet maintenance, on-site discipline, and client satisfaction continues to shape the company’s growing success.
